The Experience
How much action can you take? Come and experience driving a tarmac rally car in our Rally Blast! A co-driver will navigate you twice around four 1 kilometer bitumen short courses, co-driver supplied! Conducted in a controlled, fun and relaxed environment- you will leave having had a wonderful experience.
The Cars
Our Toyota Mr2 Spyders have been prepared for tarmac rally events. They feature a 1.8 liter twin cam VVTI mid-engine with rear wheel drive and a sequential five speed gear box for lightning changes. These cars weigh in at only 975kg’s making them super light and exhilarating to drive.
Format of the experience
• Guests are to arrive 15 minutes early to sign on
• Drivers briefing (Safety, car familiarisation & driving techniques)
Each person will then participate in a series of special stages designed to test skills in acceleration, braking and handling to record the fastest times.
Each Rally Blast event takes four hours. Each participant is placed into a random team whilst in the drivers briefing. A co-driver will call the instructions to assist with directions and all times are recorded for 2 runs on four different special stages. The best and fastest teams are always the ones with the smoothest and most consistent drivers on the day. Medals will be awarded to the best team on the day!
There is plenty of room for spectators so bring your pit crew!
